While Mr. Fighter Pilot and I continued our long distance relationship he seemed to have issues with me doing anything outside of my home. He would always ask who I was going to lunch with, who I was talking to at the gym, who I was having drinks with at the wine bar…you name it, I had to give my whereabouts and the name of everyone who was within a 10 foot radius of me. BUT – he did not have to do the same. If I so much as asked him who he was going out with he would compare me to his soon-to be ex and think that would be the end of it. I had to text him when I got home so he would know I made it home safe but he did not have to do the same thing. And – heaven forbid if my plans changed in the middle of the night while I was out. He would lose his crap and say I lied to him. It was ridiculous!
There was one night I went out with friends to a going away. While we were there, we met some other friends who wanted to go to a bar and have a few drinks and dance. I was not driving and my phone was slowly dieing from texting Mr FP all of my locations and random details. I was having such a great time and my phone did eventually die. BTW – I was not driving this particular night, so I was going with the flow of where we were going and I was having a great time, doing NOTHING wrong! When I got home, I plugged my phone in to charge so that I could text Mr FP that I made it home safe but I passed out. When I woke up the next morning my phone was just going crazy with horrible texts, voicemails, etc. I had had enough at this point. Clearly he didn’t trust me. So, this was the last text of the day…..
Until next time…xoxo,
Tracy
