The lottery is over $800 MILLION.
So naturally, I’ve already spent it approximately 14 times in my head. 😂
But here’s my question…
Would winning that kind of money make you a better person?
I absolutely want it to change my life.
I want the house.
I want the travel.
I want my girls taken care of.
I want to help people I love.
I want to leave stupidly large tips just because I can.
And yes, I would like to walk through Disney without calculating whether a snack and a margarita require refinancing something.
But I don’t want $800 million to change my personality.
I still want to laugh too loud.
I still want to talk to strangers.
I still want to be ridiculous.
I still want to know what it feels like to have struggled.
I still want to treat the person cleaning the bathroom exactly the same as the person who owns the building.
Maybe money doesn’t make you a better person.
Maybe it just gives you a whole lot more opportunity to show everyone the person you already are.
So…$800+ million hits your account tomorrow.

Also, for the record, I will still be snarky.
I’ll just be snarky from first class. ✈️😂 (There are better snacks up there!)
