Nuggets of 🤷🏻‍♀️ for 2025 Grads

It’s graduation time! Lots of celebrating, reminiscing and looking forward to the future. And – lots of graduation parties! These parties have changed quite a bit since I graduated in 1989. For instance – we did not have cards for the guests to fill out providing nuggets of wisdom, advice, stupidity…..I don’t know that I’d ask anyone for their advice as everyone has different experiences, ideas, outlooks. I’m just going to tell you – if you’re asking me…. I’m still learning every day but I’ll be sure to provide some type of insight…in the form of humor!

I filled out a card much like the one above. Again – you ask me for advice, this is what I’ll say…and I did!!😊

HOPE YOU ALWAYS – sashay the runway!

HOPE YOU LEARN – to wipe from front to back!

HOPE YOU DREAM – a little dream of me!

HOPE YOU’RE PREPARED – for disappointments…there are lots!

HOPE YOU FOCUS ON – getting out of Missouri!

HOPE YOU LOVE – every part of YOU!

HOPE YOU DON’T – “F” it up!

HOPE YOU NEVER FORGET – the Cooper girls are fabulous!

I really hope these graduates live life to the fullest, are kind and do what THEY want to do with their lives and not what’s expected. I want them to go live their best life! The below is the advice that I’d provide for everyone, not just graduates. It’s not really a nugget of knowledge, but more like a chicken nugget! Congratulations graduates! Go do something great!
