Mother Nature seems to be confused here in my little part of the world and she’s wreaking havoc on my head! When I was little, I used to think older people were crazy when they said they could tell rain was coming because their knees or some joint hurt. Now, my migraines can forecast the weather better than any weather man/woman/app/channel! So tonight, here in KC, I’m prepared….
We’re not just expecting rain…oh no! We’re expecting rain, snow and winds gusting up to 60+ mph! I was really hoping spring would stay but that’s just not going to happen. This past weekend we had temps in the high 60s and now we’re looking at 30. The change in pressure is too much for my noggin!
For those wondering what the rain with strong winds would look like, take a gander out my mom’s front door.
Now, add snow with zero visibility. It’s like living in a snow globe! A really jacked up snow globe!!!
Well, since I have no takers to come visit, I’ll go batten down the hatches. If by chance I don’t succeed, my house might lift off and I’ll come see you instead. You never know….
