I’m celebrating my birthday in Ireland today and I am more convinced than ever that I am supposed to be traveling, experiencing, meeting and eating…. All the things, please! I absolutely love meeting new people, making new friends, experiencing different cultures/way of life and eating new foods!!! My bestie Josh and I are coming back as we think we need time to eat and drink our way up and down this street in the town center of Galway!
I had the best dinner at a wonderful Italian restaurant in Killarney, with some Irish brown bread and Dingle gin ice cream. But…this little guy topped the day! Caterpillar Celebration Cake! 53 trips around the sun with many more trips around the sun and the world to come!!!!
